"Great product, have been using this for around 14 days now. The 'mixability' is brilliant, mixes much better than any other proteins that I have used before. The taste is really nice (strawberry shortcake). Cannot really comment on the effectiveness as of yet as 2 weeks is not enough time to show any noticeable results. "Have been using Impact Diet Whey for 2 months now for breakfast during the week (weekends off). I haven't been training due to injury, but using diet whey has ensured I haven't gained extra flab. "Been on this shake for a while now been through about 5-6 bags, go to the gym 4-5 times per week lost about 3 stone 10 mins cardio, 30 mins free weights gotta say this shake is good value for money use it twice a day, all flavor's are ok except the latte its too sweet. if u want a thicker shake add less water or if you have a blender add some ice. It mixes well with the mp max shaker, the little bits everyone refers to and doesn't know what they are these are ground oats one of the ingredients you get used to them after a while, these shakes do make me feel bloated for a short while but keep me full for much longer i would recommend to anyone who wants to loose some weight and just drink twice daily in place of breakfast and dinner and have a healthy tea you will see results quickly, out of the flavors i think double choc is the best tasting but everyone to their own"

"Well its a few months now since i started using this product and im extremely happy.I have lost 3kg and gained more lean muscle mass so i would say it works well.I dont workout religiously either due to my ever changing shift patterns.I do do dumbbell workouts and some inteval training when i cant get to my jujitsu classes. I dont do heavy weights and im not looking to big a massive bulked yup guy, i just want to be leaner with muscle tone. "Basically started using this as a meal replacement for breakfast, then had a healthy lunch, usually turkey breast and salad, with another shake mid afternoon, and a healthy dinner (tuna or chicken with sweet potato). I train 6 days a week with 3 cardio and 3 weight sessions. I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks with a strict diet and regular exercise. Therefore I can clearly say that this stuff is incredible! mixes perfectly and the double chocolate, when mixed with milk, tastes just like a milkshake (however watch the extra calories). Mixing with water is perfect with hardly any lumps if left for 15 minutes and then shaken vigorously for say a minute or two! All in all a great product, with next day delivery and I will be sure to purchase another bag after I finish my second as value for money is excellent! Keep it up MP your products are all 5*!!!! "
