"This review is for the strawberry shortcake flavour. It tastes good and mixes pretty well other than the oats that give a slight lumpy texture, but this personally doesn't bother me too much. The effectiveness is very good, I've noticed good strength gains in the 3 weeks I have been using it and also a significant weight loss of 7lb which I am pretty pleased with. I am also kept fuller for longer when using this product which is good as it helps to prevent snacking."

"I have been using this and the Elle Diet for just over a month now. I have never used a protein shake before, so was slightly dubious as to what effect they would have. I have noticed a significant change in my body tone and shape since using these products. I have one for breakfast, then a healthly lunch, followed by a pre workout shake in the afternoon before a healthy dinner in the evening. I work out 4 - 5 times a week and have to say the results are excellent. I have noticed a real difference in my muscle tone and definition, and people have commented on how slim I look. I haven't lost any weight really on the scale, but have dropped a dress size. Highly recommend these products - and although the mix isn't great, its not unpleasant and certainly bearable for the results achieved. "

"Review about the Chocolate Mint flavour: Well I can honestly say this is unlike any whey loss protein I've had before, both good and bad. The taste is delicious, if you like Mint Aeros then you should try this. I knew this product contained ground oats but I thought it might of been in an unnoticeable powder, evidently not. You can feel the grains when you're drinking it but it's nothing uncomfortable or anything you couldn't get used to in the long run. The other issue is that the use by dates on the back of my chocolate mint bag is creeping up but I've only just got it? I'm just compairing this to my other bag which goes off in 2013 not 2012. Overall: This is one of the best tasting and effective diet proteins I have ever tried. It's an absolute snatch for the price AND buy 1 get 1 half price!! Doesn't leave an organic, horrible smell in your shaker bottle either :) "

"I bought the Double Chocolate flavour (pouch). The delivery was better than expected as they emailed me the time which the product would be delivered (1 hour slot). I had my first shake this morning so in this review I will be writing about short-term effectiveness and taste. As for the taste, it's fine. Considering how low the carbs is, it tastes sweeter than I thought it would. Yes, there are better tasting protein shakes out there but these generally have more carbs and less protein (from my experience). Tastes better than maxitone promax in my opinion. The mixability - It mixed ok. There were a few lumps (of powder) along with the ground oats but then again, I did mix it with a hand whisk and not a proper shaker. Even without the proper shaker, the texture was not an issue for me personally. I can only comment on the short term effectiveness of the shakes. I trained (rugby) for 2 hours this morning and after my ususal shake (not the myprotein one), I can feel a little drained. However, after this protein shake, I felt perfectly fine. Had more energy to carry on work and didn't feel hungry afterwards."

"I bought my Impact Diet Whey this Monday so I cannot say anything about the efficiency yet. However, I would like to remark the unpleasant bits that you cannot take away. I've got double chocolate and I found it thin and not very strong. I personally prefer stronger flavor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, if you are not desperate to lose weight. My advice: my normal whey protein and cut somewhere else!"

"This review is on Latte Flavor only. this is a great product that mixes well and tastes pretty good too my only problem with this flavor is that it is very very sweet, i have a pretty sweet tooth and this is almost too much for me. However in its defense i have recently been using Maximuscle Pro Max Diet which has been effective however tasted Vile i had the strawberry and chocolate i struggled to stomach both. Haven't been using long enough to comment on effectiveness so will update in 2 weeks or so. Consider all your options THIS IS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY"

Quick update: Ive been using this product now for around 3 months. I've lost 10kg and am just about at my goal weight. The strawberry is great. It tastes good and mixes well with bananas or blueberries to give a lovely frothy milkshake. I never feel hungry in between meals so can't recommend this product highly enough.

"I have used a bag of the Choc Mint now and can honestly say I love this product. It mixes well and easily. (shake it throughout for all those people who say the oats sink to the bottom) The flavour it great also, and having only 200Kcal per serving really helps keep the calorie consumption down when training hard. In response to Richard's comment about why put oats in a diet shake? It is much better to be having a serving of complex carbs than stuff it with sugar. All in all a great product."

"Review for the double choc variety. It tastes good, the protein part of the mix (i strained the flecks out to test) doesnt feel gritty and no aftertaste or bad breath. Blending the rest with the hand mixer its a lot thinner in consistency than my phd diet blend which im comparing it against, this has a positive and a negative result. The positive: its easily consumed and doesnt leave me gagging on the last mouthful, it also doesnt bloat me up or windy. The negative: as someone has already said the flecks of oats dont hild in the suspension very well and tend to sink for the final mouthful like drinking tea after funking a hobnob in it, however this is not too bad if youre prepared for it. All in all though great price ( on offer buy one get one half price) i would however favour my other brand if at full price though the comparison is very close. No problems whatsoever with this product that using less water than the guidelines suggest wont fix."

"I have been using the product for about 2 months. My sole intention was to lose weight/fat. Since using it, I have lost 18 lb and can honestly say that I do not feel hungry in between meals. I have the double choc flavour as this satisfies my chocolate craving as well. It mixes well if you use the shaker and I find the 'bits' in it rather pleasant. It takes yummy and as it is working for me, I can't recommend it enough."
