OK i've only just bought this product so effectiveness im not sure about yet and will updat in 4 weks time. I used it today for breakfast and for lunch to see how full it kept me and i can easily say that those two shakes kept me sated very easily so in that respect top marks since i want to get down from now 14% bodyfat to at least 9%. Taste I bought Vanilla Cookie and it wasnt great but wasnt bad either. If people are expecting to drink this and for it to taste like a cookie well get real its DIET whey if they made it taste exactly like the stuff chances are it wouldnt be any good for you. Mixability is great and i dont know what people are talking about. DO expect it to be grainy but it does have ground oats and husk in it. those two ingredients are not souluable and why anyone moans about that are above me. I will give more indepth review about product like i said in 4 weeks and see how i fair but all in all looking to be a good product

"was using the choc mint whey before this which was a decent tasting shake. Went for the strawberry shortcake this time and it tastes surprisingly good. I don't know if it is because I didn't mix it as well or it is actually supposed to be like that, but there was sort of a grainy texture which gave the feelings of eating broken down shortcake. Not clumpy like other shakes can be when not mixed properly. Like having a pudding!"

"Bought the vanilla cookie and wasnt to my taste so my friend bought it and absolutly loved it, so much so he asked me to get him another bag. I ordered it and another bag (double chocolate). I like the flavour, so it just proves its down to personal taste. Ill be honest and say it is a little grainy but most diet whey products are. So if you want a smooth great tasting shake, buy a yahoo! Seriously though, this stuff is fantastic for effectiveness, i have 1 shake in the morning and 1 for lunch and it keeps me goin all day without cravings for snacks (im a chocoholic). If youre realistic enough to understand that its never gonna taste exceptional then this powder is awesome"

"I think some people are expecting this to be a Marks and Spencer Smooth Milk shake, when it is in fact a diet whey shake. Made to work... Spend about 30 seconds shaking (adding the powder after the milk), few little lumps but as you would expect from something with oats in. I couldn't drink it with water, but is fine with milk 250-300ml using the Myprotein shakers."

doesnt taste very nice i got the strawberry shortcake flavour. but so far it is doing the job so you really just put up with the taste.

"I have been using this whils have a low carb, low fat diet, but with weights and cardio in the gym. Found its pretty good, and along with Thermopure and CEE I have tonded up and lost fat already. Fantastic stuff. Would recommend this stuff, althoug use the blender with a wire ball, as it is a bit grainey, but is not bad at all. Tastes good too! But please Myportein, MAKE IT IN BIGGER BAGS!!"
