Useful on the journey to weight loss
5As a larger person, these tablets where very helpful, when used correctly. Only used on cheat day or a stressful day at work when ate bad food on the go.

IBS
2I suffer with IBS so i'm still having to try out different products i can use. Unfortunately i had a bad reaction to this product which has left me with my stomach inflamed for 4 days and i'm in a lot of pain. It did keep my fuller for longer. My advise to anyone who has IBS (in my opinion) i wouldn't risk it just in case.

These work
5I have used these 3/4 times now, I find them brilliant, they really work I don’t dramatically lose weight But do loose a few pounds, but I do notice I am a lot less bloated, my tummy is Flatter & im much more comfortable in my jeans & clothes & more confident. I will use again. They also work brilliant with a really healthy diet when I’m really focused on healthy eating and working out they work great. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Healthy eating/ well balanced diet, lots of water

Read the detail properly
4Many people leaving poor reviews on this product haven't fully understood how this product works. I am a student dietitian and understanding what they are used for is important. Firstly people claim they haven't seen benefits when eaten with carbs. Fat binders don't burn fat they bind fat in your diet to prevent it being absorbed so they have no correlation with carbohydrates. Eating these before consuming a fatty meal will show many benefits to weight loss. However, personally would only recommend after having many failed diet attempts struggling to lose heavy weight as it may cause laxative effects and disruption to natural digestion. Overall though an impressive product for people struggling with their weight.Goes Well With:High fat meals

No idea what this does!
1Made me feel bloated as a beach ball and blocked my tubes ( to put it politely). Terrible feeling in my stomach. Goes Well With:Chuck em straight down the toilet cut out the middle man.

Not many results
3I’ve had 3 week of this using up to 4 per day 2 before a meal with carbs in it. I will be trying for another week to see any changes. I have lost 1% body fat. But thought maybe lose might have been a little more. Still worth trying everyone is different. Goes Well With:CLA Green tea

Be prepared
4It’s good, it’s effective but sometimes too effective, they can have a laxative effect and caused me more squats than the gym for the amount of times I had to go in a 24 hour period. That said it’s not like that everyday and I don’t really variate my diet so be warned if you eat lots of fat!
