Totally exceeded my expectations
5Tried this for the first time tonight - it’s been lurking in my ‘my protein’ cupboard for a while. I’m quite picky when it comes to hot chocolate and have my favourites but can honestly say this is my new favourite! I’m coeliac so need to be careful that everything I have is gluten free. For being gluten free it has a really nice malty chocolate flavour. It mixed really well in my shaker before heating in the microwave. I’m converted! Goes Well With:Unsweetened Almond milk

So good
5Honestly as soon as I opened the bag I knew this was going to be good. Granted, it could mix better. It’s also a bit higher in sugar than other products. I’ve seen other reviewers blending it but I resent the extra washing up. I mix the powder with cold water and a fork to make a paste, then add boiling water and mix as I add and it mixes fine. I tried it as the instructions suggest but it was a bit lumpy. I just add a shot of espresso to make it a mocha too. Great when I’m under on protein at the end of the day and don’t want to drink a shake. Goes Well With:Shot of espresso

This helped me lose the Covid stone!
5Took a while to work out how to make this so it was drinkable, ie no lumps and glumps which nobody wants to contend with. Finally found the best way for me.. I put 400ml almond milk in the blender and 2 scoops myprotein hot chocolate. Wiz it up. Then I pour it into a see through mini shaker and microwave it. Best to have a see through container because you have to watch it continuously and keep stopping the microwave just before it spews all over the place! Do this a number of 30 second rounds until it’s a nice hot temperature and enjoy! I make a load of it and drink it throughout the day as it keeps the treat cravings at bay. Mocha is the same, love it too but add coffee to the hot chocolate and you have the same! I drink it for breakfast and gets me to lunch time easily. Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk. 2 scoops and 400ml (plus you can add another 200ml water it’s still good and you get more) for 220 cals, 31g protein and 10g carbs.

Absolutely horrible.
1Don't waste your money! It mixes terribly. It clumps and remains lumpy regardless of how you mix it. It tastes horrible. The 'mouth feel' is disgusting. I have no idea how Myprotein could get something so wrong - and then flog it!!

Taste of a naughty with benefits
5I use this with my SMEG hot chocolate maker to get an awesome thick barista style frothy head. Great mixing and taste... the taste of a naughty treat with benefits!

5I really liked it. It makes a big cup and the taste is nice.Goes Well With:Mix with boiling water and a dash of cold milk at the end.

Amazing
5Wow best hot chocolate I've taste, so thick and creamy. Little tip mix in the morning with water and leave in the fridge till you want it. Highly recommended

Great product, amazing taste
5This is one of my favourite things that I have bought from my protein, it is ver high protein and low calories, I usually have 2 scoops (50g) which is only 168 calories and 28g of protein (according to MyFitnessPal) the taste is amazing, In my opinion it tastes better than normal hot chocolate and has a much nicer thicker texture.

4Tastes like a normal hot chocolate, got a very chocolatey flavour but it doesn’t mix that well, doesn’t affect it that much though as it’s still easy to drinkGoes Well With:Milk

Fab Hot Choc
5Love this hot chocolate, its a sweet and filling treat, perfect in this cold weather. I make mine with skimmed milk in a pan on the hob, just whisk it up with hand whisk and its creamy and frothy. Tasty and filling. And goes without saying, awesome MP delivery and communication as always.
